YPG: Two fighters of ours were martyred in Turkish attack

YPG announced the martyrdom of two fighters in the attacks of the Turkish state.

People’s Defense Units (YPG) Press Office released a written statement and announced the martyrdom of two fighters in the attacks of the Turkish state.

The statement said the following;

“As part of the second phase of the Resistance of the Age, our fighters have been inflicting heavy blows on occupation forces by carrying out effective operations against the occupant Turkish army and allied mercenaries in Afrin territory. Suffering heavy blows as result of the operations by our forces, the occupant Turkish army and allied mercenaries have been carrying out genocidal attacks against the occupation forces.

In the afternoon of December 16, the occupant Turkish army and allied mercenaries carried out artillery attacks against the village of Bene in Afrin’s Sherawa district. The bombardment resulted in the martyrdom of two of our comrades partaking in the defense of the region, while two civilians, including a child, got wounded.”
