HDP, DBP and DTK delegation on the way to Xerabê Bava village

A delegation from the HDP, DBP and DTK has left for Xerabê Bava village in Mardin's Nusaybin district after reports of execution, torture and mass detention of residents amid the ongoing siege of state forces.

A delegation from the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP), Democratic Regions' Party (DBP) and Democratic Society Congress (DTK) has left for the Xerabê Bava (Koruköy) village in Mardin's Nusaybin district after reports of execution, torture and mass detention amid the ongoing siege of state forces.A related statement by the HDP said that:

"HDP Batman MP Mehmet Ali Aslan, Diyarbakır MP Feleknas Uca, Şırnak MP Leyla Birlik, DTK Co-chair Leyla Güven, HDP/DBP provincial and district administrators have left for the village of Xerabê Bava (Koruköy) where a siege continues for 8 days now. The delegation will make on-site examinations throughout the day regarding the claims of state forces burning houses, detaining and torturing the villagers.”
