Wrath of Euphrates Operation Room Command announced its weekly balance sheet of war and made an important statement on the recent developments in Raqqa and Deir ez-Zor. Wrath of Euphrates Operation Room commander Dijwar Xebat, YPJ commander Dilbirîn Kobanê and Deir ez-Zor Military Council Commander Ehmed Ebû Xewle participated in the press statement made in the Syrian Democratic Forces headquarters in Hesekê.

Wrath of Euphrates Operation Room Spokesperson Cîhan Şêx Ehmed read out the press statement, in which many international and regional journalists participated, and said that all roads leading to Raqqa would soon be cut. Below is the full text of the Wrath of Euphrates Operation Room Command's press statement:

“As you know, our operation to liberate Raqqa and Deir ez-Zor continues with the participation of many different groups and in a heroic way as we had promised our people. Our forces aim to clear Syrian land of terrorism by inflicting heavy blows against terrorists. We salute the resistance of our forces, fighters and commanders in order to liberate our people from the darkness of terrorists. We commemorate Xalid El-Ensarî who fell as martyr during the third phase of Operation Wrath of Euphrates and all other immortal martyrs. We are also indebted to thank our people, who have given their support to our struggle to clear the region off of terrorism.

WEEKLY BALANCE SHEET OF WAR
Our forces have liberated a big area in Raqqa and Deir ez-Zor from gang groups in less than a week. Our forces cleared tens of villages and hamlets from mines laid by gang groups and seized a large amount of military equipments and ammunition. Citizens that were forced to leave their villages were taken to secure zones and their needs were fulfilled despite limited resources.

GOOD NEWS FOR THE PEOPLE OF RAQQA AND DEIR EZ-ZOR
In the current stage of the initiative, our efforts to cut all the roads that lead to Raqqa and Deir ez-Zor continue. We give the good news that terrorism will soon end and victory is near in Raqqa and Deir ez-Zor to our people. We repeat our promise to our martyrs and comrades, and state that a life based on democracy, freedom and peoples' fraternity is near.

Below is the weekly balance sheet of war:

- An area of 1762 km2 in Raqqa and Deir ez-Zor has been liberated from gang groups.

- Mines have been cleared in 18 villages and 34 hamlets in Raqqa and 46 villages and 177 hamlets in Deir ez-Zor.

- 172 gang members have been killed and 8 gang members have been captured alive.

- 2 car bomb production centers and 1 ammunition depot belonging to the gangs have been destroyed.

- 9 car bombs, 6 military vehicles, 2 motorcycles, 2 machine gun-mounted pick-up trucks, 2 artillery and 3 reconnaissance drones have been destroyed.

- 30 Kalashnikovs, 11 Kalashnikov clips, 3 thousand Kalashnikov bullets, 3 Rext machine guns, 24 hand grenades, 1 Bruno-type rifle, 1 Katyusha, 4 Katyusha rockets, 7

BKC rifles, 3250 BKC bullets, 3 BKC cases, 7 B-7 rocket propellers, 30 B-7 parts, 2 B-7 cases, 2 14,5 mm Doçka rifles, 500 14,5 mm Doçka bullets, 1 12,7 mm Doçka rifle, 150 12,7 mm Doçka bullets, 1 120 mm artillery, 25 12 mm artillery shells, 1 82 mm artillery, 1 60 mm artillery, 1 heat-sensitive smart missile, 1 night vision binocular, 1 wireless walkie talkie, 3 military vehicles and 1 motorcycle have been seized by our fighters.

10 FIGHTERS LOST THEIR LIVES
- 10 of our fighters fell as martyrs and 11 of our comrades got injured as they fought bravely during this period."
