According to local sources, a kolbar named Mikail Talan was killed when Iranian forces opened fire in the Kani Xoda border area near Piranşar on the evening of 10 October.
On 9 October, in the city of Bane, a kolbar named Sehram Wesili was killed when Iranian forces opened fire on a group of kolbars, and 2 miners were injured.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guards are killing or injuring dozens of kolbars in the border region. These extrajudicial executions take place with complete impunity.
