People in Maxmur condemn attack against guerrillas by KDP

The attack carried out by the KDP against the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrillas in the Sîdekan area was protested in Maxmur.

The attack carried out by the KDP against the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrillas in the Sidêkan region was condemned by people at the Martyr Rûstem Cûdî Refugee Camp in Maxmur.

Kadri Şirîşêyî, speaking on behalf of the crowd that came together on Thursday evening, said: “There have been attacks in our region for a long time. All kinds of attacks and betrayals are carried out against the Kurdish people and the Kurdistan Freedom Movement. There has been a severe isolation against our Leader for 3 years. These are signs that the people of Kurdistan are being subjected to genocide. They want to deprive us of all our rights. "

Pointing out that the Kurdish people are under all kinds of attacks because of the support of hegemonic powers to the enemy of Kurds, Kadri Şirîşêyî said: “A relentless war has been waged against the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrillas for the last three years. All kinds of prohibited weapons are used against freedom fighters. But no matter what they do, they cannot destroy us."

Pointing out that the attacks moved to a new stage after the visit of Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan to Baghdad and Hewlêr, Kadri Şirîşeyî called on the Kurdish and world public opinion to be more sensitive and monitor the situation closely. “This attack is not only directed at a party or a segment of society,” Şirîşêyî said.
