Turkish fighter jets bombed the Mehmet Karasungur Cemetery of Martyrs in Qandil region of Medya Defense Zones in South Kurdistan Friday evening.

The airstrikes at 20:00 in the evening targeted the cemetery of guerrillas with barrel bombs.

Graves of many guerrillas and of Ahmet İnce (Ape Hasan) greatly laboured for the construction of the Mehmet Karasungur Cemetery of Martyrs were destroyed as result of the strikes, in addition to the museum in the graveyard.
