20 killed as ISIS targets civilians in Deir ez-Zor
ISIS gangs getting encircled amid the progress of SDF fighters in Operation Cizire Storm have targeted civilians once again, killing 20.
ISIS gangs have committed yet another massacre near Deir ez-Zor, carrying out a car bomb attack in the village of Ferac located between Konik and Sîrketa Jafra.
According to initial reports, 20 civilians lost their lives and more than 30 others got wounded as a result of the attack at 13:20 local time.
