A ruling in the “Balyoz” (Sledgehammer) coup-plot case expected today after the Ninth Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Appeals’ decision to acquit 34 defendants and order the retrial of 63 suspects, has decided that 24 of the suspect must be retried.
