27 ISIS members killed in violent clashes in Raqqa
Fighting intensifies in Raqqa city center where SDF forces are making further advances and 27 ISIS members have been killed during the most recent clashes.
As the operation to liberate Raqqa from ISIS continues at full force, violent clashes are taking place between Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and ISIS in the city center. During the fighting that intensifies in Firdaws neighbourhood, surroundings of Weteni Hospital, train station and Gogê Square, SDF forces are delivering heavy blows to the gangs.
In a most recent development, SDF fighters have advanced further and liberated 4 more locations in Firdaws neighbourhood where they also seized an ammunition depot belonging to the gangs.
27 ISIS members were killed and 6 SDF fighters fell martyrs during the ongoing clashes.
