In the 61st day operation for Raqqa's liberation, Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) fighters cleansed whole al-Karim neighbourhood of ISIS gangs after fierce battles fought yesterday. As a result of the clashes, 14 gang members were killed here, of whom many are left on the ground, and a great amount of ammunition of the gangs has been confiscated by the SDF fighters.

In heavy clashes that erupted also in al-Barid and Nahda neighbourhoods in the north-west of the city, 8 gang members were killed, 2 snipers included.

SDF fighters foiled an attack of the ISIS gangs in Rawda neighbourhood north-east of Raqqa, and killed another 5 gang members here.

4 gang members were killed in clashes that erupted around the al-Etiq mosque in Old Raqqa neighbourhood.

SDF snipers killed another 3 ISIS members in the Nazlat Shihade neighbourhood south of Raqqa.
