An event was organised in Brussels in solidarity with HDP Hakkari MP Leyla Güven, who is on hunger strike demanding the end of isolation against Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan.

Promoted by NAV-BEL and YJK-B, Kurds praised Leyla Güven for the hunger strike she has been carrying out in Amed prison.

The event took place in Place Saint Lambert Square.

Kurdish activists carried banners and handed out leaflets on the hunger strikes currently going on in prisons as well as in Europe and Canada.
