Raqqa Civil Council has distributed aid to the people who have returned their homes in Al-Mashlab neighborhood of Raqqa.

Türki El Dendel from Raqqa Civil Council stated that they have started to distribute aid to the people in this neighborhood as it is more densely populated than others.

Dendel called on aid organizations to provide aid to the returning inhabitants of Raqqa.
