Attacks on Maxmur and Shengal condemned in Sydney

“Erdoğan saw the end of DAESH approaching and carried out new attacks in order to revert this.”

The isolation regime imposed on Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan and the attacks on Maxmur and Shengal carried out by the Turkish state were condemned by a protest in Sydney, Australia.

Speaking at the protest, Kurdish Kurdish Center Center President Brusk Aiveri told the crowd gathered at Custom House Cirqular Quay Square, that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan should be held responsible for the attacks on Maxmur and Shengal and added that those who watched in silent should also be critiziced.

KNK Sydney Representative Ismet Taxtan stated that Erdoğan saw the end of DAESH (ISIS) approaching and carried out new attacks in order to revert this.

Leaflets explaining the isolation regime imposed on Öcalan and demanding his freedom were handed out.
