Primary election has been held for the nomination of the BDP (Peace and Democracy Party) mayor candidate in Batman.

Following the voting which was joined by 780 delegates, Sabri Özdemir was determined candidate for Batman mayorship.

The official results of the primary election will be announced by BDP headquarters in the coming days.
