Diyarbakır 4th High Criminal Court rejected a request for the release of the BDP (Peace and Democracy Party) deputies Selma Irmak, Faysal Sarıyıldız and Kemal Aktaş, who are in custody as part of the so-called KCK (Kurdistan Communities Union) trial.

The court gave the verdict after evaluating 6th High Criminal Court's appeal against the rejection of the application for the release of the deputies.
