Speaking at the Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) parliamentary group meeting on Tuesday, co-chair Selahattin Demirtaş condemned the wide police operation in which dozens of people have been taken into custody early this morning in Amed.

The BDP co-chair also underlined once again the importance of Kurdish leader Ocalan about "finding a new way to live together in these lands. Not as enemies, but as people who share the same territories".
