Sixteen years old Ahmet Gündüz died on Thursday for the wounds sustained when a stray bullet hit him in the head. The bullet was fired from Syria and the boy stayed over a week in intensive care fighting for his life.

Gündüz was hit in the head while he was watching tv  in his house. He was rushed to hospital in critical conditions and fought for his life for over a week.

He is not the first victim of the conflict in Syria. On July 16, Mahsun Ertuğrul, 17, was killed after being hit in the chest by a stray bullet.
