Civilian from Efrîn wounded by Turkish soldiers at border

35-year-old Heci Xelîl Xelîl from the Bilbile Bêkê village of Efrîn was targeted by soldiers of the Turkish army as he worked in his field near Rojava-North Kurdistan border yesterday.

Turkish soldiers carried out an armed attack on a civilian from Efrîn near West-North Kurdistan border yesterday. The man who was critically injured in the attack remains in life-threatening situation.

35-year-old Heci Xelîl Xelîl from the Bilbile Bêkê village of Efrîn was targeted by soldiers of the Turkish army as he worked in his field near Rojava-North Kurdistan border yesterday.

Xelil whom the villagers rushed to Awrîn Hospital in Efrîn was immediately taken under treatment, with reports that he is yet to overcome the life-threatening situation after sustaining a critical injury in the attack.

It grabs attention that the man was targeted by Turkish soldiers while within the boundaries of Efrîn 700 meters away from the border.

Turkish soldiers repeatedly carried out armed attacks against Kurdish civilians at and near the border before, causing the death and injury of many without any reasons.
