Clashes between YPG/YPJ (People's/Women's Defense Units) and ISIS gangs are ceaselessly continuing in Cizîrê Canton of West Kurdistan, Rojava.

YPG Press Centre said that fighting on the western boundaries of the Canton were going on, adding that fighters of Defense Units launched an operation against gang groups in Ennabiya Sudan hamlet 7 km southwest of the Menacir village in Til Temir last night. The hamlet was liberated as a result of the operation while the exact number of casualties on ISIS side couldn't be verified.

The statement reported that ISIS gangs launched an attack on the village of Mishko in Serêkaniyê last midnight. The attacks of the gangs were repelled in the wake of long and heavy clashes during which 3 members of the gang groups were killed, as much as ascertained.

Corpse of an ISIS militant as well as munitions belonging to them were also seized.
