Fierce fighting between YPG/YPJ (People's/Women's Protection Units) and ISIS gangs is continuing on three fronts of the Kobanê town of West Kurdistan, Rojava, which has been facing intensified attacks since 15 September, and a historic resistance by Protection Units.

The local people of Kobanê who have also taken up arms are taking their part in the battlefield to resist to the ongoing attacks of ISIS gangs aiming to occupy the town.

An ANHA correspondent on the ground has reported that clashes between YPG/YPJ fighters and ISIS gangs are continuing on all three fronts.
