Court rejects demand to release Hatip Dicle
Diyarbakır 6th High Criminal Court has rejected Hatip Dicle's lawyers' demand to release the Kurdish deputy who has been jailed for four and a half years in the scope of the so-called KCK (Kurdish Communities Union) case. Dicle is accused of spreading propaganda for a terrorist organization.
The court rejected the demand of Dicle's lawyers due to suspicion of escaping and the situation of evidences against the Kurdish politician.
