The European Committee for the Prevention of Torture reports, among other facts, on the rape and torture by Spanish Guardia Civil police of Basque militant Bea Etxebarria in March 2011. It also denounces the Spanish authorities tried to hide the torture centre to the Committee members but finally got access to it thanks to the cleaner.
