Thousands of Kurds and their friends gathered in dozens of cities in Europe urging to respond to the hunger strikers’ demands.
Leyla Güven's indefinite hunger strike demanding the end of the isolation against Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan reached day 79.
In the capital of Wales, Kurdish activists and their friends organised an action in front of the BBC building.
The hunger strike of DTK co-chair and HDP Hakkari MP Leyla Güven to demand an end to the isolation against Öcalan was brought to the attention of the BBC. Activists also urged the BBC to report fairly on the occupation of Afrin carried out by the Turkish state.
Ilhan Şiş, who has been on hunger strike resistance in Wales for 40 days also joined the action.
