Five villages in east Kobanê have been cleansed of ISIS gangs. 11 gang members were killed in the south.

Fighters of the YPG/YPJ (People's/Women's Defense Units) carried out an offensive against ISIS gangs in east Kobanê last night. The villages of Boxê, Qazaniya Biçûk, Qazaniya Mezin, Şêx Qemer and the hamlet of Çelbê were cleansed of ISIS gangs and liberated following heavy clashes during the night.

In the south of the Kobanê Canton of West Kurdistan, Defense Units killed 11 members of the gang groups and destroyed a vehicle of theirs in an attack in the village of Sebet last night. Clashes around the village are continuing.
