Four children were taken into custody following a series of house raids in Şırnak's Cizre district last night.

Police and special operation teams surrounded the neighborhoods of Cudi and Nur before the raids in a number of houses all of which were searched in detail.

Four children, one aged 15, one 16 and two others 17, were detained in the operation and taken to police headquarters after going through medical examinations at Cizre state hospital. The reason for the detentions is not known yet.
