Following a security operation carried out by Nineveh police forces, four armed militants have been killed. According to sources quoted by PUKmedia the four killed belonged to a group linked to al-Qaida.

The clashes occurred in Wady al-Qaseb area and ended with four dead, including someone, Abu Abd, known as a leader in al-Qaida in the south of Mosul.

Police forces had found a factory which manufacture explosive devices and bombed cars, security source added.
