The HBDH Militia said: “On 9 October 2020, an action was carried out against Mersin Tırmıl Industrial Site. In the fire that broke out as a result of the action, 4 shops, 1 truck, 3 vehicles and 2 tow trucks belonging to the fascist police were destroyed.”

The statement added: “We declare once again with our action on the anniversary of the international conspiracy against Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan on 9 October 1998, that the conspiracy planned by the imperialist centers and carried on by the AKP-MHP fascism were defeated. The forces of freedom gained.”
