It has been reported that heavy clashes between YPG (People's Defense Units) and al-Qaeda-linked armed groups are continuing in the region of Afrin and in particular around Şêrawa. It is also reported that many islamic militants have been killed while YPG reported one casualty.

Last night clashes were reported also in the areas of Kobani, Tirbespiyê, Girkê Legê and Serêkaniyê.
