Gendarmeries have attacked thousands of people on their way back from the funeral of Bilal Gezer and Sinan Toprak who were killed while joining a demo in solidarity with the Kobanê resistance in Dargeçit (Kerboran) district of Mardin yesterday.

A total of six people have been wounded in the attack which was carried out by gendarmeries at the Dargeçit District Battalion Command today.

Abdulkerim Seyhan, one of those wounded in the attack and referred to Midyat State Hospital, has died in the evening.
