Internationalist march for Ocalan and Afrin kicks off

Internationalists from around the world have started a long march from Luxembourg to Strasbourg for Ocalan and Afrin.

200 internationalists from 17 countries have started a long march to Strasbourg following a press statement in Luxembourg. Participants of the march demand freedom for Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Ocalan and protest the Turkish state’s attacks against Afrin.

The march kicked off following a press statement in front of the European Court of Justice, with slogans “Freedom for Abdullah Ocalan, Peace for Kurdistan, No to Turkey’s Attack on Afrin”.

A representative spoke on behalf of the group and protested the Turkish state’s isolation of Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan and condemned the invasion attack against Afrin.
