Kurdish artists have protested the sentence handed out by a Danish court which ordered the closure of Nuçe TV, ROJ TV and MMC. Artists from TEV-ÇAND and Koma Berxwedan have condemned the repression hitting the Kurdish channels.

The artists undelirned that the decision to shut down the Kurdish channels amounts to denying Kurdish people abroad of one of the instruments crucial to the mainteanance, development, defense and promotion of Kurdish language, culture, traditions.
