Kurdish hunger striker in Toronto hospitalized again

Yusuf Iba, who is on an indefinite hunger strike in Toronto, has been hospitalized for the second time.

Kurdish citizen Yusuf Iba has been on an indefinite and non-alternating hunger strike in Toronto city of Canada for 23 days demanding an end to the aggravated isolation regime imposed upon Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Ocalan.

Iba has been hospitalized, for the second time, after having heart spasm. The Kurdish activist has once again refused treatment and continues his hunger strike.

Hundreds of Kurds rushed to Toronto Kurdish Society Center where the hunger strike is carried out to support the Kurdish activist.

On the other hand, hundreds of Kurds gathered in capital city Ottowa today and staged a demonstration against the isolation of Ocalan in front of the United Nations and Ottowa Parliament.
