Diyarbakır 4th High Criminal Court has asked the prosecutor for a written opinion after evaluating an appeal against the rejection of the application for the release of the MPs Selma Irmak, Faysal Sarıyıldız and Kemal Aktaş, who are in custody as part of the so-called KCK (Kurdistan Communities Union) trial.

In the written opinion, the prosecutor of the 4th High Criminal Court requested the release of the MPs.
