Raqqa operation in its 64th day

ANF reporters on the ground state that fierce clashes are taking place mainly in Hisham Bin Abdulmalik neighbourhood southeast of the city. 9 ISIS members have been killed in ongoing clashes here.
During last night’s heavy clashes in Nazlat Shehade neighbourhood to the south, 5 ISIS members were killed.
In Old Raqqa neighbourhood to the east of the city, 3 ISIS members, one of them an assassin, have been killed. In the same neighbourhood, the gangs attempted to attack the SDF positions with a bomb-laden vehicle which was, however, destroyed before reaching its target.
17 members of ISIS gangs have been killed in the city since yesterday.
Half of the Raqqa city has been cleared of ISIS since the launch of the campaign by YPG-led Syrian Democratic Forces.
