Six members of the DBP (Party of Democratic Regions, formerly BDP) Justice Commission were taken into custody in the province of Ağrı today.

Turkish police raided the houses of six DBP members, Haydar Öztürk, Nesim Aslankılıç, Osman Aslan, Hikmet Günakın, Abdullah Pehlivan and İlhan Tan, in Ağrı early in the morning.

Following a detailed search in all the houses targeted in the operation, police detained six members of the DBP Justice Commission who have been taken to Ağrı police headquarters and are expected to be referred to a court.
