South Kurdistan parliamentarians kept waiting at Kobanê border

Ten parliamentarians from the Federal Kurdistan Region have been hindered by Turkish soldiers as they wanted to cross from Suruç to Kobanê Thursday afternoon.

According to the reports provided by an ANF correspondent on the ground, the parliamentarians have been blocked and are being kept waiting by Turkish soldiers in an area recently declared military zone, close to the Kobanê (Mürşitpınar) border crossing.

The names taking part in the delegation from South Kurdistan are; Amina Zikri (KDP), Said Masifi (YNK), Aydın Maruf (Turkman Front), Mahmud Ömer (Goran), Abdurrahman Faris Ebu Karwan (Hizbi Şui), Ebubekir Heledni (Yekgirtu İslam), Soran Emer (Komala İslami), Yerwand Nisan (Armenian parliamentarian), Şiwan Keledzey (Bizutnewey İslami), Baper Kamla Sleman (Partiya Karkerên Rezdarên Kurdistan).
