After the huge students march in the Colombian capital Bogotá on Wednesday, this morning the University Camp set up by students in Cauca, west of the country, has been surrounded by a large number of armoured police vehicles and an ambulance.

It is not clear what the police intend to do, but the students have already alerted and called all organisations and human rights defenders to be vigilant and go to the zone of the camp.
