Two journalists were detained by Turkish police in Istanbul on Sunday.
The editor-in-chief of Mezopotamya News Agency Elif Cetiner and journalist Melike Ceyhan was detained as they were covering a report in Haci Ahmet neighborhood of Istanbul.
Cetiner and Ceyhan were stopped at the entrance of the neighborhood and were detained after an ID check.
The pair were taken to Kasım Pasa Police Station for questioning.
