UK trade union leaders, politicians and lawyers sent solidarity messages for the global campaign “End Isolation, Occupation, Fascism; Time for Freedom,” and called on peoples from around the world to support the campaign.

Among those sending a message in a video prepared by 'The Time has Come, Freedom for Öcalan Campaign' and Peace in Kurdistan Campaign were Labour Party MP Bambos Charalambous, Wales TUC General Secretary Shavanah Taj, Lawyer Paul Scholey, Kurdish Democratic Peoples’ Assembly Co-Chair Elif Sarıcan, UNITE The UNION International Director Simon Dubbins, GFTU General Secretary Doug Nicholls and Baroness Christine Blower and Lord Hylton.
