An attempt by ISIS gangs to attack with 2 bomb-laden vehicles to the east of Kobanê was stopped yesterday by YPG fighters. The YPG-YPJ fighters blew up the bomb-laden vehicles by shooting at them. The vehicles exploded within a minute of each other, the flames reaching to the sky.

The ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and al Sham) gangs are maintaining their attacks on Kobanê with mortars and bomb-laden vehicles. The gangs, attempting to attack the positions of the YPG-YPJ fighters to the east of Kobanê, once again were unsuccessful. The YPG fighters, seeing the vehicles coming towards their positions, shot the vehicles immediately and killed the drivers, thus halting them. The vehicles exploded a minute apart, and thick black smoke covered the sky.

After this foiled attempt, the ISIS gangs started shelling Kobanê with mortars, to which the YPG responded. Fierce clashes continued after the explosions.
