Clashes between the YPG/YPJ forces and ISIS gangs continue on the western boundaries of the Cizîre Canton of West Kurdistan, Rojava. YPG/YPJ fighters launched simultaneous attacks on the gang groups at many points last night.

YPG Press Office said in a written statement that the operations of the YPG/YPJ forces continue on the western boundaries of the Cizîre Canton. The statement reported that YPG/YPJ fighters launched an attack on the gangs that attempted to infiltrate in Til Xenzir area of Serêkaniyê, killing 3 members of the gang groups.

YPG further reported that Defense Units launched simultaneous attacks on ISIS gangs in the villages of Til Baz and Til Fyeda located between Hesekê and Til Temir. 2 gang members were killed in Til Baz, and one other in Til Fyeda, said the statement of the YPG.

YPG lastly reported that the gang groups launched attacks on Til Shamiran and Til Nasir villages with mortar and heavy weaponry last night, to which YPG/YPJ forces strongly responded.
