  HDP Deputy Co-chair Aysel Tuğluk who faced a judge today in a trial for her political activity within the DTK, was not released and her case was postponed to the 8 September. Tuğluk rejected terror allegations against the DTK.

  SDF fighters have liberated the village of Icêl following fierce clashes with ISIS gangs.

  KCDK-E organised demonstrations for the freedom of Öcalan and in support of Efrîn in many countries, which will be held from 8th to 10th July. KCDK-E called for attendance to the rallies and marches.

  Two seminars titled “Jineology and the struggle of the Kurdish women’s movement” and “Democratic Confederalism” were held yesterday as part of the Alternative Summit held against the G-20 Summit in Hamburg, Germany.

  SDF fighters have gained control over 75 percent of the ancient city walls hat surround the old city of Raqqa amid fierce clashes ongoing for three days.
• Alternative Summit Against G-20 inspired by Öcalan and Rojava 

  The “Alternative Summit” against the G-20 Summit in Hamburg by 70 organizations started on July 5th.
• Tuğluk faces judge for the first time 6 months after imprisonment 

  HDP Deputy Co-chair Aysel Tuğluk faced a judge for the first time in the case she has been awaiting trial for in prison. The court decided to not allow spectators while journalists and women’s organizations are kept waiting in the yard.
• Qasrit Mihemed Axa village of Raqqa liberated 

  SDF fighters have liberated the village of Qasrit Mihemed Axa. 17 ISIS members were killed in clashes.
• Demirtaş's hearing adjourned to November 

  The hearing of HDP Co-chair Selahattin Demirtaş has been adjourned to 24 November after he was denied access to the court for refusing to be brought in handcuffs.
• Ice cold Erdoğan-Merkel meeting in Hamburg 

  Turkish President Erdoğan is in Hamburg for the G-20 Summit and he met with Chancellor Angela Merkel yesterday evening. The parties were seen to be cold in the meeting, while in Turkey another German citizen was detained.

  The four Arab countries declared that they will be imposing new sanctions on Qatar.
• Demirtaş: We'll protect the dignity of people’s will we represent 

  HDP Co-chair Selahattin Demirtaş said the following regarding the hearing he wasn’t allowed to attend as he refused to be handcuffed: “We will resist injustice under any circumstances and we will protect the dignity of the people’s will we represent.”
• Thousands take to the streets in Hamburg against the G-20 Summit 

  Tens of thousands of people gathered in Hamburg, Germany took to the streets to protest the G-20 Summit. Dozens were injured when the police attacked the protesters and many were detained. The demonstrations continued into the early morning hours.
• Demirtaş's lawyers withdraw from hearing 

  HDP Co-chair Selahattin Demirtaş's lawyers withdrew from the hearing after Demirtaş was not brought in for refusing handcuffs.

• EP to suspend negotiations with Turkey 

  The European Parliament has passed the report on Turkey that proposed suspending the accession talks with Turkey. The report received 466 votes in favor.
