5 more civilians abducted in occupied Afrin

Turkish army and their allied gangs have abducted as many as 300 civilians in the last 20 days.

Inhumane attacks against the citizens continue in Turkish state-occupied Afrin.

The Turkish invasion army and allied mercenaries have abducted 5 more civilians in Afrin city center and the Bilbile district. The kidnapped residents were subjected to torture and their aftermath remains unknown.

Civilian Lûceyîn Camî and his father Mihemed Camî were abducted in central Afrin while Sultan Murad gang kidnapped young men Abdullrehman Cemîl Mihemed, Dilbirîn Mihemed Birîmo and Hemze Reşîd Hisên in Bilbile. Reports say that the mercenaries asked for ransom from the families of those kidnapped who were also forced to leave their homes.

The Afrin Human Rights Organization which has been documenting rights violations and war crimes, has recorded 300 civilian abductions in the last 20 days.

According to the Human Rights Organization’s data, some 5 thousand people have been abducted by Turkish soldiers and their allied gangs, and the fate of 2 thousand of them is unknown. The occupation forces demand high ransoms from families to release the civilians they abducted.
