Demonstration for Öcalan’s freedom in Heseke

Masses joined a demonstration demanding freedom for Kurdish leader Abdullah Öcalan.

Thousands of people staged a march in Heseke city of Northern Syria to demand freedom for Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan who is held in aggravated isolation by the Turkish state.

The demonstrators from various folks and belief groups held posters of Öcalan and banners condemning the isolation regime he is subjected to.

The march ended with a rally at Martyr Serhed Junction where Social Defense Forces (HPC) administrator Hûsam El-Elî spoke and stressed that Öcalan’s ideas and philosophy are the solution to the crisis in the Middle East.

The demonstration ended with slogans saluting the resistance in Afrin and İmralı.
