Kurdish parties and institutions stress political alliance

A KNK-Rojava’s committee formed for national unity meetings visited the Clans Council, Kongreya Star, Syrian Kurdish Writers Union and the Cizire Region Yazidi House today and discussed KNK-Rojava’s efforts for a Kurdish political alliance.

The committee KNK-Rojava formed to hold meetings with Kurdish political structures and parties for national unity visited the Clans Council, Kongreya Star, Syrian Kurdish Writers Union and the Cizire Region Yazidi House today as part of the second phase of efforts.

The committee including Derya Remedan, Mistefa Misayix and Izedin Fatime held the first visit to the Kurdish Clans Council in Amude. Committee members were received by representatives from the Diquriye, Kebariye, Mihacre, Mersiniye, Aşitiye and Kocera clans.

Afterwards the committee went to visit the Cizire Region Yazidi House. Committee members then held visits to the Syrian Kurdish Writers Union and Kongreya Star offices in Qamishlo.

In the meetings the committee gave messages that the KNK supports efforts to form a Kurdish alliance in Rojava and that the unity to emerge from these efforts will be able to stand against massacres in the region.

The KNK-Rojava committee had announced the second phase of efforts for Kurdish national unity through political structures and NGOs in Rojava.
