SDF: At least 97 ISIS members have been killed in Hajin

SDF announced the balance for the last 24 hours in the Operation Cizire Storm and said all gang attacks were broken and at least 97 ISIS terrorists have been killed in the region.

Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) Press Center announced the balance for the last 24 hours in the Operation Cizire Storm Phase to End Terror. The announcement said all ISIS attacks were broken with resistance and at least 97 terrorists were killed in the region.

The statement is as follows:

“The terrorist group attacked our forces’ positions in and around Hajin with all the heavy weapons they have at their disposal. In intense clashes in the region, part of the terrorists were killed or wounded and others have fled. The terrorists started to target our forces’ positions remotely with the missiles and artilleries they are in possession of after the attacks were thwarted. Our forces have no casualties in the bombings.

Our fighters continue sweeping efforts in areas freed from terrorists and have discovered bodies of gang members killed in clashes as well as small amounts of ammunition.

Our forces advanced in the area after hours of intense clashes with ISIS terrorists. International Coalition jets also targeted and struck the terrorist positions in the area.

Occasional clashes continue in the region.

The balance:

97 terrorists have been killed.

1 RPG, 1 DHSK stage, 1 Kalashnikov, several BKC rounds, 3 telephones, a case of DHSK rounds, 8 mortars and 200 mortar shells have been discovered in the region.

30 encampments, 5 mortar firing spots, the fuel depot, 3 tanks of petrol, 5 explosives manufacturing facility and 3 military roads have been destroyed.

International Coalition jets have targeted 9 spots.”
