Syriac, Assyrian and Chaldean political parties condemned the invading Turkish state’s attacks against Northern Syria and stressed that the attacks pose a threat against all peoples of the region.
Syriac, Assyrian and Chaldean political parties issued a joint statement on the invading Turkish state’s attacks against Northern Syria. The statement condemned Turkish state attacks and stressed that the Turkish state attacks aim to revive ISIS gangs.
The statement said, “As Syriac, Assyrian and Chaldean parties, we condemn the Turkish state’s attacks against the Northern Syrian territories and consider these attacks to be a threat against all peoples of the region. Because these attacks have come at a time of positive steps towards the solution of the Syrian crisis. The true aim of these attacks is to stop the final phase in the Operation Cizire Storm to End Terrorism. Turkey wants to revive the ISIS terrorist organization with their attacks, and stands against the whole world with their support for ISIS.
On this wise, we are calling on the international community to stand against the Turkish state policies that prevent the construction of a democratic state in Syria far from foreign interventions.”
