People’s Defense Units (YPG) Press Office released a written statement which is as follows;

“From the very beginning of the Rojava revolution till now, the invader Turkish army have been continuously targeting our civilian population and our forces from across the border, attempting to incite and violate the borders.

On 6th of October at 18:00, an unmanned aerial vehicle (drone with thermal imaging and high-resolution camera) crashed in the region of Kobane and was seized by our forces.”
