Twin explosions in Manbij: Two civilians injured

According to Manbij Military Council, the explosions were organised by Turkish intelligence service MIT.

The northern Syrian city of Manbij was shaken by twin blasts on Wednesday. The first incident was the explosion of a mine, established to have been laid in advance, near the Martyrs’ Junction in the morning hours. An investigation has been started into the explosion which did not result in major damage.

A following explosion has left two civilians injured, according to the Press Office of the Manbij Military Council. The wounded have been taken to the hospital in the city.

Manbij Military Council stated that the mentioned bomb attacks were organised by Turkish intelligence service MIT.
