200 young people join the YPG in Shaddadi

More recruits have completed their training and joined the YPG ranks in northern Syria.

200 young people have completed their training cycle at the Martyr Birûsk Military Academy in Shaddadi town of Hesekê (Hasakah). The training cycle, named after Martyr Ahmad Al-Jafal and Martyr Zana Hesekê, lasted 40 days during which the new recruits attended political and military classes.

A ceremony was held to mark the end of the training with the participation of YPG fighters and families of martyrs.

Speaking following a minute’s silence, YPG Commander Elî Şedadê stressed that the fighters will keep the struggle of martyrs going.
